To ensure that we are able to deliver your order in the shortest time possible, your order is processed as soon as your order is placed, therefore we are not able to cancel or make changes to your order. You can decide to return your item within 21 days from the invoiced date.
To be eligible for a return, item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and undamaged, including its price tags, label, original packaging and attached in your parcel the Return Form. DPAM Malaysia reserves the right to deny the refund if the item does not meet our requirement.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once the return is approved, you may proceed to return us the parcel using the following methods:
How to return your order:
– Login to www.DPAM.my and create an online return request. Go to “My Account” -> “Orders“, on your order click “Return” to create the request.
– Download and fill in the return form and include it in your parcel.
– Please ensure the return items are in the same condition that you received it, unworn and undamaged, including its price tags, label, original packaging.
– Use a good damage resistant packaging, wrap your item and seal the parcel well.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (Online orders only)
Refunds will be processed within a 14 to 21 days period starting from the day we receive the returned product.
Refund can be made to the original form of payment or credited into your online account e-wallet. Amount credited into your e-wallet cannot be used for in-store purchases and not transferable.
DPAM stores, in-store Exchanges and Refunds
No Exchange or Refund allowed at DPAM stores or at other Click and Collect participating stores. You may only Collect or Return your parcels at our physical stores.
